Im Stra\u00dfenverkehr bin ich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ausgeflippt. Heute ist das anders: Ich merke, dass mich Dinge (Abbildung: Sonnenuntergangsmeditation)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">weniger schnell aus der Fassung bringen. Meditation hat mir beigebracht, innezuhalten, bevor ich reagiere.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2022<b>Fr\u00fcher:<\/b> Wut, Hupen, Aggression.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2022<b>Heute:<\/b> Durchatmen, Perspektive wechseln \u2013 manchmal sogar Dankbarkeit, wenn mir jemand die Vorfahrt nimmt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Das klingt verr\u00fcckt, aber es ist befreiend.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1259613d elementor-widget elementor-widget-jkit_heading\" data-id=\"1259613d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"jkit_heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div  class=\"jeg-elementor-kit jkit-heading  align-left align-tablet- align-mobile- jeg_module__5_69f16819b7e2a\" ><div class=\"heading-section-title  display-inline-block\"><h3 class=\"heading-title\">Weniger Stress, mehr Gelassenheit<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6633981d elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6633981d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Meditation wirkt direkt auf dein Nervensystem. Mein Trainer sagte damals: <i>\u201eHier b\u00fcndelt ihr eure Kraft, um sie im entscheidenden Moment kontrolliert einzusetzen.\u201c<\/i><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Damals verstand ich das kaum. Heute wei\u00df ich, wie recht er hatte. Je mehr ich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig meditiere, desto klarer treffe ich Entscheidungen und desto kreativer werde ich.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Manchmal habe ich das Gef\u00fchl, die Antworten kommen nicht aus meinem Kopf, sondern direkt aus einer tieferen Quelle in mir.
