dagestanden. Und trotzdem kann ich dir heute sagen: Es lohnt sich. Gedanken sind normal. B. auf einem Meditationskissen oder Stuhl)<\/li><li class=\"li1\">R\u00fccken gerade, aber entspannt<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Wichtig: Mach es dir leicht.
